About Us
Calypso Underwear is a sole proprietorship (FOP) registered in Ukraine, operated by Padina Olha Bohdanivna. All lingerie is handmade to order in Lviv region, Ukraine.
Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through this website or via our Telegram consultant. Payment is 100% upfront, either by card online (LiqPay) or bank transfer. Production begins once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if materials are unavailable.
Production & Delivery
Since every piece is custom-made, production takes 3–5 business days after payment. Delivery within Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. For international orders, please contact us via Telegram to discuss shipping options and costs before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Under Ukrainian law, underwear of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged once received. Exceptions apply for manufacturing defects or items that don't match your order — please contact us within 3 days of delivery if this happens. You are responsible for choosing the correct size; we're always happy to help with sizing before you order.
