Hi! We're a small family business in Lviv region, in the town of Sheptytskyi — a place of coal mines, slag heaps, and the Western Bug river. It was here, over 10 years ago, that a small brand called "Calypso" was born.

What are the delivery and payment options?+
We ship via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta within Ukraine. For international orders, please message us on Telegram to arrange shipping. Payment is 100% upfront — by card online or bank transfer. Production starts once payment is confirmed.
Can I return an item?+
Under Ukrainian law, underwear cannot be returned once received. That said, we understand it can be tricky to find the perfect fit on the first try. If something's not right, message us on Telegram — we're happy to help ♥
How long will it take to get my order?+
Production takes 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery within Ukraine typically takes 1–3 days. During holidays or sale periods, timelines may run a bit longer.
